Time: Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm

Props BYO mats or props you like, some props are provided including bolsters, and spare mats. I don't have many blocks or straps. But they can now be bought cheaply at Kmart
Finding the entrance and parking: We will be running classes after hours so the entrance to the class is via Highgate Grove (car park across the street) You will see just near the corner of Highgate Grove and High St there is a sign for after hours entry to the Centre, we are in the first room on the left and I will be there!
