An afternoon of quiet space and deep rest. No bendy postures to push yourself into, just gentle restorative movement and the effortless, yet powerful practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means - Yogic sleep. An alert, yet profoundly relaxed state where layers of mental, physical and emotional holding can be released, to rest back into a nourishing inner presence of wholeness and ease. Thirty minutes of Yoga Nidra is about as restorative as 2 hours sleep! Suitable for all levels of experience, all that is required is an open-hearted willingness to experience.
