This is a 2.5 hour workshop to help you navigate Christmas if you struggle with food, eating or body image issues (and all the helpful comments which come from Auntie Sue)
There are 3 parts:
Group discussion and brainstorming tactics (and some of my ideas!)
Finding Joy - How we know in the research and the eastern wisdom traditions we can come to find more happiness and peace
Yoga Practice of 3-4 calming and soothing practices and Vagus Nerve Toning to help you get through the “season of cheer” and add some tools to your box!

BYO: A mat if you have one, any props you would like (I have a limited amount)
Wear: Something Comfy and a PEN!
